Amnani A. Kadir

Amnani Abdul Kadir is a Malaysian social impact leader and advocate with over 13 years of experience in gender-based violence prevention, child rights and protection, community development, and nonprofit management. She specialises in digital and community-based child protection systems, safeguarding, advocacy campaigns, and legislative reform.
An Acumen Fellow 2022, Amnani was also recognised through the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)Award in 2024 for her project and leadership in advancing child protection and community impact initiatives.
Her expertise spans organisational development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and public communications. She has successfully secured and managed multimillion-ringgit grants and collaborations with embassies, international organisations, corporations, and civil society partners. Amnani is recognised for building sustainable nonprofit systems, strengthening protection frameworks, and mobilising communities and institutions to create long-term social change in Malaysia.
