Dr. Sasha Mohan

Dr. Sasha Mohan is a paediatrician and child protection advocate dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable children through multidisciplinary intervention, advocacy, and systems strengthening. She previously served as Head of the SCAN (Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect) Team at Ampang Hospital, where she chaired multidisciplinary case discussions involving healthcare professionals, social services, and law enforcement to support abused children and monitor investigations.
As a committed Board Member of P.S. The Children since 2023, Dr. Sasha has remained actively engaged in advancing child protection efforts beyond clinical practice. In her role as a board member and advocate, she contributed to ONSA 2025 and is currently part of the Working Group developing the proposed Gaming Sub-Code under the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Content Code, focusing on strengthening child online safety and protection in digital spaces.
Now in private practice, she continues collaborating with NGOs, professionals, and communities to create safer environments where children can heal, thrive, and be protected.
