Foo Shiang Wyne is an experienced Human Resources practitioner with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, hospitality, and FMCG industries. She currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of a major Malaysian conglomerate, leading strategic people development, organisational transformation, and culture initiatives.
Throughout her career, Shiang Wyne has spearheaded women’s empowerment initiatives, strengthened employer branding through collaborations with local and international universities, and led HR integration and transformation projects across organisations. She is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach and is certified in psychometric and leadership tools including DISC, MBTI, Hogan Assessment, Lego Serious Play, and Situational Leadership II.
She previously served as a Board Member of P.S. The Children and currently sits on the Sunway University Board of Governors. Shiang Wyne holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Sussex.
