Memimpin dengan Tujuan untuk Melindungi Kanak-kanak

Lembaga Pengarah P.S. The Children terdiri daripada individu dengan pelbagai kepakaran yang membimbing hala tuju, tadbir urus dan pemantauan organisasi.

Berteraskan nilai bersama dan rasa tanggungjawab, Lembaga ini menyokong pendekatan yang menyeluruh dan berasaskan hak dalam mencegah serta menangani penderaan seksual kanak-kanak, sambil mengukuhkan kerjasama dan impak jangka panjang.

Suriawati Zainal

Presiden

Suria Zainal ialah seorang pencerita profesional, membantu mencipta naratif yang menarik yang bergema dengan pihak berkepentingan di seluruh dunia. Dalam peranannya sekarang, beliau bertanggungjawab untuk membina pasukan komunikasi strategik, bagi mewujudkan suara yang kuat dan konsisten untuk Kumpulan CIMB. Seorang peguam dan peguamcara yang berkelayakan, beliau mengembangkan minat dalam komunikasi dengan bekerja untuk Majlis Kayu Malaysia (MTC) di London di mana beliau merupakan sebahagian daripada pasukan yang menentang kempen anti-kayu tropika di Eropah. Selepas kembali ke Malaysia, Suria meneruskan kerjayanya dalam advokasi alam sekitar dengan MTC. Dalam tempoh ini, beliau juga bertanggungjawab menyelia pengurusan Dana Wakaf MTC, memperoleh asas yang menyeluruh dalam industri pengurusan aset. Pada tahun 2015, beliau menyertai Kumpulan CIMB sebagai Ketua Komunikasi Korporat Kumpulan, menggunakan kemahiran strategik, analitikal dan komunikasinya yang luas untuk terus menceritakan kisah-kisah yang meyakinkan.

Datin Che Nariza Hajjar Hashim

Pengarah Lembaga

Datin Nariza menganggap dirinya mahir dalam membesarkan anak-anak, setelah membesarkan lima orang yang kini sudah dewasa. Beliau dahulunya seorang wartawan tetapi memilih untuk berhenti bekerja untuk menumpukan perhatian kepada keluarganya. Seorang pengembara yang gemar mengembara, beliau menikmati pengembaraan dan telah menjalani pengalaman seperti mendaki Gunung Kilimanjaro, sampai ke Kem Pangkalan Everest, berakit di Sungai Zambezi, dan menyertai kem Muay Thai. Beliau juga mempunyai minat yang mendalam terhadap makanan dan sanggup melancong secara meluas untuk merasai masakan baharu, dengan Mexico sebagai destinasi kulinari kegemarannya. Datin Nariza percaya bahawa perjalanan tetap sama mengujakannya dengan usia dan impian untuk melawat Sudan suatu hari nanti.

Wan Khaizatul Izwa

Paramesvari R. K.B., P.A., is a registered counsellor with the Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia, a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and an experienced mental health practitioner with a strong background in counselling, training, and community engagement. She works extensively with adolescents, individuals, and families, focusing on emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal development. She currently serves as an independent consultant and trainer with Naluri, providing mental health training and counselling support to corporate clients. Beyond her counselling work, she is actively involved in child protection awareness, safeguarding advocacy, and prevention initiatives to strengthen safer environments for children. Pam is also trained in emergency medical support and disaster risk reduction, equipping her to support communities during crises and emergencies. As Secretary of the organisation, she is committed to advancing child safety, community collaboration, and practical support systems that empower vulnerable individuals and families.

Wong Boon Kin

Nur Suzeebaayah Jalani is a seasoned finance and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience across PETRONAS, Ernst & Young, and ASTRO. She brings strong expertise in financial governance, strategic oversight, and board-level decision-making, alongside organisational and people development experience, with a proven track record in strengthening performance and accountability. As Treasurer of Protect & Save The Children, Suzee is committed to ensuring financial integrity, transparency, and sustainability in support of the organisation’s mission to protect children from abuse and exploitation. Beyond her professional career, Suzee is actively involved in child protection advocacy. Since 2017, she has been a certified speaker on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Awareness, contributing through community outreach and awareness sessions. In 2020, she completed child support worker training in child protection intervention. Suzee is passionate about creating safe, informed communities and believes that strong governance and responsible stewardship are essential in driving meaningful, lasting impact.

Madeleine Yong

Madeleine Yong is a pioneering advocate and trauma-informed practitioner who has spent over 25 years advancing child protection and child sexual abuse prevention and treatment in Malaysia. As Founder and Executive Director of P.S. The Children, she broke the silence on child sexual abuse in Malaysia through national advocacy, public education, and systems reform that changed the country's landscape. She initiated Childline Malaysia, led the country's largest national prevalence study on child sexual abuse, shaped the Sexual Offences Against Children Act and the National Child Protection Policy, and led Malaysia's national child participation process for the UN General Assembly Special Session on Children. Today, Madeleine serves as a Registered Play Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Certified Accredited HRDC Trainer, and Founder of Power of Play, specialising in trauma-sensitive practices, relational neurobiology, healing circles and emotional regulation for children, families, educators, and corporations. As Course Director, she trains mental health professionals, educators, NGOs, and organisations across Asia in play therapy. She holds an MA in Practice-Based Play Therapy from Leeds Beckett University. She brings to the P.S. The Children Board the governance experience of a founder, the clinical depth of a practitioner, and a commitment to child dignity, safeguarding, recovery, and sustainable systems change.

Dr. Sasha Mohan

Ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif

Foo Shiang Wyne is an experienced Human Resources practitioner with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, hospitality, and FMCG industries. She currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of a major Malaysian conglomerate, leading strategic people development, organisational transformation, and culture initiatives. Throughout her career, Shiang Wyne has spearheaded women’s empowerment initiatives, strengthened employer branding through collaborations with local and international universities, and led HR integration and transformation projects across organisations. She is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach and is certified in psychometric and leadership tools including DISC, MBTI, Hogan Assessment, Lego Serious Play, and Situational Leadership II. She previously served as a Board Member of P.S. The Children and currently sits on the Sunway University Board of Governors. Shiang Wyne holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Sussex.

Dr. Sasha Mohan

Executive Committee Member

Dr. Sasha Mohan is a paediatrician and child protection advocate dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable children through multidisciplinary intervention, advocacy, and systems strengthening. She previously served as Head of the SCAN (Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect) Team at Ampang Hospital, where she chaired multidisciplinary case discussions involving healthcare professionals, social services, and law enforcement to support abused children and monitor investigations. As a committed Board Member of P.S. The Children since 2023, Dr. Sasha has remained actively engaged in advancing child protection efforts beyond clinical practice. In her role as a board member and advocate, she contributed to ONSA 2025 and is currently part of the Working Group developing the proposed Gaming Sub-Code under the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Content Code, focusing on strengthening child online safety and protection in digital spaces. Now in private practice, she continues collaborating with NGOs, professionals, and communities to create safer environments where children can heal, thrive, and be protected.

Amnani A. Kadir

Pengarah Eksekutif

Amnani Abdul Kadir is a Malaysian social impact leader and advocate with over 13 years of experience in gender-based violence prevention, child rights and protection, community development, and nonprofit management. She specialises in digital and community-based child protection systems, safeguarding, advocacy campaigns, and legislative reform. An Acumen Fellow 2022, Amnani was also recognised through the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)Award in 2024 for her project and leadership in advancing child protection and community impact initiatives. Her expertise spans organisational development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and public communications. She has successfully secured and managed multimillion-ringgit grants and collaborations with embassies, international organisations, corporations, and civil society partners. Amnani is recognised for building sustainable nonprofit systems, strengthening protection frameworks, and mobilising communities and institutions to create long-term social change in Malaysia.

Mogana Devi Nadesan

Program Officer (Case Management & Services for Children)

Mogana Devi Nadesan, also known as Mona, is the Programme Officer at P.S. The Children, specialising in case management and support services for children. She brings over six years of experience in social services, humanitarian work, crisis intervention, and survivor support, with extensive expertise in managing complex high-risk cases involving women and children. Prior to joining P.S. The Children, Mona served in leadership and frontline roles at the Women’s Aid Organisation (WAO), where she provided trauma-informed care, managed crisis response services, conducted outreach programmes, and delivered training on gender-based violence, safeguarding, and survivor support. She has also worked in education and early intervention settings supporting children with learning and developmental needs. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counselling, Mona is trained in Psychological First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, PSEA, and humanitarian standards. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive, and healing-centred environments for children and families.
